I would have to find the FCC bulletin: His Armature license was revoked, but understand he was cited another warning for inference again later. I also heard he was on CB band, bad mouthing FCC and other Amateur's for turning him in.
IMHO he was just an HT Junkie with too much time on his hands, and mad at the whole world for HIS issues.

I looked at the bulletin and did a call search on QRZ. It appears active and he last updated his page in the last year or so.
