The way I read it I don't like it.
The 5 channels may be done away with and replaced by 15 kHz of bandwidth and only 15 watts of EIRP used as a secondary basis which it currently is.
Better to just leave it be as it is now then this change.
It's in the public commentary stage now so everyone that doesn't like this change should submit their comments now!
