Good luck with it. I mean that. Noise issues are a real PITA to deal with especially in a mobile environment.
Nothing earth shattering here, just the same old way of doing it...
Find the source of the noise and 'cure' it at the source. Typically that means adding a 'filter' (capacitor to ground or inductor in-line). The 'other' way of doing it by shielding. Wrap the noise maker in foil! Yeah, right. Or just stay as far from that noise maker as possible. 'Nuther, yeah right.
A very large hammer almost always works too...
