I have no idea what you are actually talking about, but congratulations!
I took a new job posting a few years ago but it was just a relief position at the time and most of my work was outside my department being a slave to machines on a production line. I just got into my department full time which means more pay and a stable work rotation, no more couple days here doing this and a day or two off followed by a couple days there doing that kind of thing. With it comes a raise of around 14%.
