The Uniden-made "PB-010" main circuit board has three bands built in, and a single final transistor. Same power as a legal 40-channel SSB CB.
Lou Franklin covers this circuit board in his "Uniden Export" service manual. Never heard of this model, but if the main pc board is a PB-010, it's a Uniden-made 3-band radio.

Don't know if you remember the MK2 Cobra 148gtl-dx & Superstar 360FM with Uniden PB010aa or ab boards, MC145106 pll, 2sc2166 driver & 2sc2312 or 1969 final,
The Richard is the french version, come in silver or black & have an almost identical Uniden PB010ac board,
The black 010 board is the most desirable over here,
later Richards have the less desirable ept3600 board like the superstar 3900.

The PB-010 is the same as the Cobra 148 GTL/DX chassis or the Superstar 360FM chassis - IIRC . . .
