Found me a Kraco radio

Sorry Ive been busy working on a tractor and doing a bunch of chores every day. I'm also prepping to take my tower down to upgrade my antenna.

Here’s the radio, haven’t looked for a model number yet.

That's a beautiful radio! Wow! I've never seen one of those before... Is that from Australia? I always was a fan of that brushed chrome look; I really love the Pioneer and Marantz stereo gear from that era as well.

I've seen the Lafayette version before, just didn't recognize the Kraco as the same beast. That's a timeless design for sure. I like the handles on the Lafayette.....
Are these all cybernet/PLL02A based radios?

Those have different boards, but all PLL02a based, the 2555FM was built for the Swedish market with only 24 channels, and SSb was only legal on ch 24.
