The ICOM IC-28H 2-meter rig that the local fire department was using as a base quit working, so they bought a new one, and I talked them into giving the old one to me. After resoldering the antenna connector, it works fine, but is way off freq because someone tried "adjusting" all of the tuning coils. I want to realign it, BUT... my trusty Fluke Freq Counter is only good to 80 mhz. So,I need to build a divide by 10 prescaler. Anyone know where I can find a schematic for one? I've not had any luck online.
