"Plain-Jane / No-Frills" GE 3-5871B AC / DC CB Radio. Exceptionally clean / unmolested / non-modified. This is not an Ebay purchased radio. Everything works great and has a factory-set 3.5-watt dead-key. Original Styrofoam packed box, accessories and owner's manual. The 12 V Power Cord is missing and maybe it was an option. I do not have the technical equipment to post photos. Just "trimming".
I've been taking the online Technical course for Ham Radio. To be prepared, I ordered and received an ICOM IC-7300. Also, I "goofed-up" and ordered the IC-718 by mistake and I would like to sell it. The RCI-2980 is working great for my local CB chit-chat conversations. I have a new President Bill with a KL-203 in my truck and a new President Johnny III ready to be installed in my second vehicle.
I bought the GE for nostalgic reasons, but it's not good that I just keep it on the shelf.
