I am looking for a User or Service Manual for a Ft 2303 23cm handheld.

I didnt look specifically for your needed model..
However even if they do not list it directly..they likely have it and or can make it for you..
I have been using them for many years for many HT's.
Although i usally pick it up at their shop ( in long island ) they will also easily send it to you via phone/mail order ..
