i try in vain to send/receive rtty
i have interfaces
rigblaster advantage
yaesu scu-17
think to use fldigi software
use windows
the cables , i can make them
yaesu gives me the cable ( ct packet interface)
one side 6 pin other side blank
(pins: tx audio/ground/ ptt/ rx date 9600 bps/rx date 1200bps/squelch)
i have the mini jacks 3mm stereo
gnd/fsk/ptt
and
gnd/out/in for audio

i don't see how to hook up the pc with the rig
or the scu-17
which port to which port , which cable

i should be much obliged if someone spent some time to tell me how to do

connect the supplied cable USB type "b" male end to the scu -17 and the USB type "A" end to the computer

install the virtual com port driver BEFORE attempting to use the scu-17 or widows will load an incorrect driver
