Julian, G4ILO has been diagnosed with in incurable brain tumor. Julian has made significant contributions to the Ham radio hobby over the years and is the publisher of the excellent ham radio website G4ILO's Shack - Stealth operation, QRP, digimodes, APRS and more. He is also has been a regular contributor to this site.

You can follow Julian on his new journey at One Foot in the Grave.

I read his website about the stealth antenna and use of indoor antennas because of restrictions where he lives,,,,,,,,,

Now a brain tumor? Makes you wonder about RF in the house?????

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
