Galaxy 95tdx modulation metre

Hi all could somebody shed some light on my galaxy modulation metre it works on am only but not on usb and lsb nor fm should it work in all mods could someone tell me please kind regards graham634.

It's a nice gimmick feature but I'm sure it reads ballpark at best.
