Same amp design. You are right, it is just a rebadged Palomar TX-150. Same case design and all.

That’s pretty common with cb amps. Palomar, Galaxy, Cobra, Boomer, Gray, Shooting Star, Magnum and so on. Same amps different names.

No, but their name and logo got pirated onto more than one model linear over the years. Who is Cobra gonna sue for trademark infringement when the product has no name or address anywhere on it?
