The 5 acre farmstead we bought has an old grain bin that I just traded for a self standing 40' tower... and the guy even has offered to help me set it up in a concrete base. Think it's a good trade?
 

Question is, do you think it's a good trade. When both parties walk away happy, it's a good deal in my book.
