How do you all have your ground system set up for a base antenna?..

What do you do with the coax going to the antenna when a storm is approaching ?...

At my shack, I installed three SO239 chassis mount's to a junction box along with banana plug recepticals. I plug my coax and ladderline into these when I am done with the radio.

The SO239's and the box are tied together using a common ground wire going outside to a ground rod. This configuration will at least disipate any static build up.
