:laugh: Good one. I remember one day I was in the garage where my father had his welder. The electrical panel door was open and in place of a 60 amp cartridge fuse he had a bronze bolt. My reaction was :scared: :eek: while his was simply that he had a job to do and no spare fuses. I referred to the bolt as a 1200 amp no-blow fuse.
 
Was told once that a penny is a perfect 5 amp fuse, just stack them to get what you need. I think the old fart actually believed it.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
