Hamvention 2023


There's a rumor that Elecraft will be showing / offering some new options for the K4D. If you're going, stop by their booth and give us a report.
 
As requested, here is the K4 set up and running in the Elecrraft Booth at Hamvention 2023.

Perched to the right of that setup was another K4, with a Windoze tablet, each serving as a remote control for the first radio.

Would be more impressive if they were a coupla thousand miles apart, but that's what the display is meant to suggest you can do.

With viable places to put a functional HF antenna dwindling by the day, this capability can only gain popularity.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
