I recently sold an item on another forum (not ebay). Guy paid with PP. They did not deduct any fees. Nothing. The full amount of the payment is in my account.

I think it depends on how it is put in as payment type. I know there are certain ways to get around it.

not sure if true, another guy was telling me.
you open a new account for ebay and paypal, and going on the cheap, you don't want to accept credit card.
He says ebay won't allow you to advertise that you don't accept credit cards via paypal, so your auction ends with a CC payment.
But you don't accept them. Now what?
Oh, you cannot refund a CC payment unless you upgrade to a premium account.
But you're not made of money...
So what happens?
I think the man is gonna get his money. How about you and the buyer?
