Have you ever had a RANGER Radio Pulled from E Bay?

Well, recently I had my 2970DX pulled 11 times within a week..the guy at eBay promised the radio would not be pulled because they called the FCC and the DX models are not on the prohibited list...

interesting, i can't seem to find a "new" list,.......... this one is SEVERAL years old and it still lists the 2970DX as a no-no

I could care less about a list.

eBay was inconsistent with their policy, or lack there of. That is why I pushed it so far, one person said it was ok and said to re-list another said no and pulled the ad whilst other radios of the EXACT same model were left to close and sell. I saved auction numbers and presented them to eBay and they could not tell me why mine was the only one being, they say "removed", I say I was being targeted. They denied targeting me.

This is not about what the FCC put on a list, it is what eBay does or does not do, a company as large as eBay MUST be consistent with their policy.

I always read the threads on the various forums dealing with "banned" radios with great interest.
You could spend the rest of your life searching FCC databases trying to find the "Official List of Banned Radios" which I do not believe exists.
You can find several examples of individuals and business's that have been cited and fined for dealing in "Export" radios.

I just got a Ranger ECI 6300f pulled from ebay. Can anyone help? I read there was a policy change and if I can get that info I can fight ebay.
