Heat resistant ESD pad

I am looking for an ESD pad that is heat resistant. I will be using it to work on
static sensitive devices but I also need it to be able to withstand hot parts being
dropped on it as well as the occasional soldering iron being dropped. Just wondering
what everyone is using?
