i have programed it no problem but it still will not transmit outside the commercial band which is why i need the service manual and schematic
there is some circuit blocking out of band transmiting all the manuals on
ebay are for g or h models i have searched the internet and cannot find
just the TK 860 manual even though they say it is for the 860
they only have the G and H model manuals.

@ heartbreaker3473:Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
