I recently was given a tk 860 (it is not a G or H model) I can't find a service manual can anyone tell me how to enable this radio to transmit and receive on the ham uhf frequencies

i have programed it no problem but it still will not transmit outside the commercial band which is why i need the service manual and schematic
there is some circuit blocking out of band transmiting all the manuals on
ebay are for g or h models i have searched the internet and cannot find
just the TK 860 manual even though they say it is for the 860
they only have the G and H model manuals.
