HF CONTEST RULES 17/18 Dec 2016

Only made 2 contacts, KK6USY, and N9FNB. I did monitor 14.322 most of the day in my mobile. Heard W9CLL calling today but big wide audio down 2 KHz covered him up by splattering 5KHz wide.

Tough bands lately. Maybe next time could be better!
 
Thanks Binrat, it was a lot of fun but tough with the poor conditions and I think i had more time to spend at the contest the way it worked out. And after we talked I was like shoot I should have turned it down to 10 watts for the extra points lol. I'm just a rookie and learning with all the great teachers here on the site.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
