Homebound testing

It takes 3 VE's (test administrators) to administer the test. This is just to keep everything on the up and up.
If you were serious about taking the test and were certain you could pass it (use the online practice tests), I bet you could find a local club that would be willing to use your house for the night to host testing. Then they'd probably help you set up your station, too.
