How good are used rubidium standards?

I'll keep my eyes open for a better counter, but my toy budget just got depleted. A friend text me a little bit ago saying his honda big red is for sale, so I'm going to get that tomorrow. Hard to find those in good running condition nowadays.

I appreciate everyone's input, thanks! I'm still interested in the counter discussion, I'll just have to wait a few weeks before ordering one.

It arrived. Works and locks fast, very excited. I may have overpaid, but that's ok. They even sent a little bear with it, so the girlfriend is happy too.

I would seriously consider that if I didn't decide on fixing it up to sell. I need to replace a couple things on it to make it 100% and then I am going to try to turn it into a zero turn lawnmower.
