Fl is correct, the HR2600 replaced the 2510 when they stopped making them, a diferent CPU, and built in repeater offsets for the Ten meter band.
Note that it required that the CPU be changed to expand the Frequency coverage....

You can change the rock in the radio to shift it down 2Mhz....but the ChipSwitch is a much better way to go.
Yeppers, both are great rigs, I have both. I keep a 2510 as a spare and use the 2600 mobile. MY 2510 isn't chip switched but the 2600 is. Check Doc's Electronics he might might have one. hr2510.homeip.net:2510/
