HR2510 Problem "HELP"

Can anyone help me ,,the radio rx is fine,,but when I try to tx the unit jumps frequency to 28.000,,I did replace the cpu board with an extra one I had because the display was not working..

Double check the wiring on the micro board, some of the connectors have the same number of pins and can be plugged in the wrong place.
