The F.C.C. has NO authority over free speech. There is NO BODY screaming "fire, fire!" in a crowded theater. The F.C.C. is merely to establish R.F. ORDER, it should never be considered a regulatory body, it just regulates licenses for businesses, that is as far as it should go, but we know better. :thumbdown:
From shoving down Digital T.V. upon us, to draconian wiretapping, and a hostile distortions of the rules to attempt to increase their power, such as regulation of the Internet, selling off bandwidth space, etc. The corruption at the F.C.C. is as bad, if not worse than the good old buddy system at the ATF.
These clowns have got to go.
The Constitution is clear, the freedom of speech is protected, but typical Government bureaucrats at the F.C.C. have different plans, and I think this is dangerous.
