Icom IC-7300 Phantom Power??

Can somebody please confirm for me whether the 7300 has phantom power for the stock mic? I've done some research, however some people confuse the terminology, and I don't have a radio in front of me to test for myself.
I understand there is an 8V source on pin 2, so my question is does pin1 (audio line) have phantom power for the stock handheld microphone? Or does the stock mic's electret get its power from pin 2?
Anyone's help that is in the know will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
