Icom IC-910H Window plate replacement

Recently I have discovered some light scratches on the outer LCD window plate of my IC-910H which are only visible in certain light conditions. Tried Displex plastic polish solution but the result was nothing better. I ended up with more of these fine scratches so I decided to order and replace the plastic front panel.

In order to be able to replace this screen I need to remove the front assembly. My problem is that I cannot unscrew the nut which tightens the microphone socket to the front assembly as a special tool is needed.. I appreciate if anyone can specify the name and dimensions of this type of tool which I guess is something standard for Icom base rigs.

Thanks in advance for any help

Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
