Good guess, but nope. I'll give a hint...the vehicle these are installed in has some historical significance from the Vietnam War era.

F4 Phantom fighter ...with it having vhf/uhf and hf frequencies I tend to think it at least came out of a plane

Either CHINOOK OR A HUEY Helicopter radios I think .

Yep, they're out of an Bell UH1 "Huey" helicopter. I went to the Warbirds air museum in Paso Robles over the weekend and they have an original one there that you can get in and play around with. They have significance to the Vietnam War because that is where they were used as the first helicopter transport to drop in troops for combat and also medi-vac transport.
