Anyone know who/what/where/when/how this capacitor is? I've never used this kind before.

.01uF, 630V ? Poly-Metal?

It's in a preamp-type of curcuit that I'm attempting to make and possibly improve upon.

    Hello I have a old school 2950 receives great on all modes and transmits great on AM but no transmit on SSB. Does anyone have any idea?
