Internal Lithium memory batteries for 2950 and other radios

Can these be bought at Radio Shack and other battery stores?? What is the voltage on them I cant remember or (what size are they) I guess I could just look at whats in these radios but figured if someone knows off the top of there head I could just order some any help is appreciated

theyre 3 volts

i always replace them with a 2AAA holder from cell phone shak

lots easier when you need to replace again

yes I have seen that people were doing this battery mod I should maybe think about doing this.
