Anyone have operating instructions, owners manual and or a schematic for this radio

Ahhh, the name "Executive" is a bit like "Navaho". International crystal used the name executive on a whole list of models. Like RatShack put "Navaho" on the front of a dozen models.

You'll need the model number to identify the radio you have.
