Greetings!

A friend of mine, who lives on the other side of town about a 50 mile trip, one way, from my QTH sent me 2 very short audio/video clips from a noise that he was picking up on 10m (28.368)? He gets it daily, but not early in the morning or late in the evening. As he goes from band-to-band, the higher he goes, the more it becomes a steady carrier with short "bleeps". I haven't heard it, but I thought one or more of you may have. He has an FT-710 that uses a 1/4 wave vertical, in this case, for 10 meters. He sent me the video I mentioned, and a photo. He thought it might me JT65.
