Is this antenna a real big stick

Hello.
In my stack of old antennas i believe i have a old big stick. The bottom section is 121.5 inches and top is a 102 inches.
For a total of 18.625 feet. Is this correct?
 

Thank you, As always i would rather double check with the people in
the know. My memory is nowhere near what it used to be:)
