K5D(de KP5) will be operating SSB/RTTY all weekend from 80m-10m primary listening in General class operator sections.

They are not operating CW ARRL contest.

Bunch of great op's there!
Just worked them at 16:51z on 20m with 100w and wire antenna...cool!:thumbup1:
Also worked them at 23:43z on 40m

Pile-up on 80m is huge! No luck Yet!...maybe later

Good Luck to all
Can not wait till later for 40(got'em)/80m hook-up
All the Best

What frequencies on 40 are they working....?

20 meters is a contest mad house this weekend, I'm steering clear of that band, not as much of that happening on 40 that I've heard today....

well, they are really a KP5 location and the expidition is designed for areas that can't work kp's ,,,, i (and most us stations) can work then at will. in fact i just worked them on 50.130 ssb (a real 5-9n report, my home made 6 ele quad is great:thumbup: ) and 21.295

here is a link to the expedition, http://kp5.us/ lots of general info.... go to the DXWATCH SPOTS icon and follow it. i keep this spotter on my computer all the time.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes

Wes, it's better if you start a thread on the main forum, more people are going to see your question.
