The TS-690 is basically a TS-450 with the addition of
6 meters. It should 'talk' as well as any other Kenwood
on SSB. As to what it's worth? Try the used equipment
pages in an AES catalog. If there isn't a '690 listed, look
for a '450. That'll give you a 'ball-park' figure...
