Keying just after a rain

Too bad it didn't arc farther or arc across the series of antennas...

Anyone got any idea how much wattage is being churned out here?

Judging by the size of the corona arc there has to be at least 30 KW there and it could be as much as double. You'll notice that arc is occurring on a straight stick with no insulator. Yet we have guys who insist their center loaded antennas will handle 30 KW in the rain without flashing over the insulator.
