kl-203 finals

I have a kl-203 amp. Was wondering what finals are in it? I got it new a two years ago and only keyed it up one time and it quite working. Relay clicks when i key but has no output? Fuse is good.

It has 2 or 3 RM3 finals I forget. That amp has to be converted before it can be used on 11m. It's as simple as moving a small peg over one slot. Cbtricks.com has the info.

Thanks i looked at the finals four of them. there is no number on them. look like mosfets.

It is RM-3 transistor. Original marking should be HUF7534P3.
Yoy can use cheap IRF-520 but with lower output.
