LDMOS Amplifier

Just found this on eBay:

LDMOS amp has two devices and does 3k pep. It seems that these two LDMOS transistors can replace a double handful of Toshiba pills. Does anyone have any experience with these LDMOS devices and why don't we see more of them? It almost sounds too good to be true.
