Listening to other bands

Until I get my ticket, I'm stringing up an 80 meter dipole and I'll be listening to what is going on using this old-timer I've borrowed from my generous neighbor.

Good old radios !! I still hear a few of them out there in regular use

Shoot, yeah!

I still use my old TS-520 now and then. It drifts a bit in the first 30 minutes (didn't drift at ALL when it was new), but it still does a great job.

I don't see the WARC bands so I'm guessing it's a TS-120S. I ran one mobile for a couple years. Good old radios.
