Anyone know where i can find loctite so that it stays permanent red so that i can show my work and see if someone tampered with it? thanks

I have seen people paint the screw heads with red laquer. That way if someone digs the laquer out of the head it is obvious. Paint marker works too. Red loctite is permanent and you will tear the screw up if you have to get into it.
Pilfer your wife’s nail polish. She will never miss it among her extensive cosmetics collection. Update: Pick a color she rarely uses. 
Yep i put black nail polish in strategic locations to tell if a radio has been opened.
Also works great for torque sealing nuts and bolts in radios so they won't vibrate loose.

I like what you did on the final transistor, but do you expect people to willy-nilly change out or tamper with the SO-239!?
Maybe it is so that you can tell if someone swapped the chassis?
There was some already on there from factory i just add it more on the SO-239.
