Yo Retro CB Guy: You might look at the Lafayette line of radios that might look close to this one as I have it in the back of my mind that the JCP radios were made by Lafayette. Hope this helps. Keep pounding the keys you'll find it.

This one has the 861 PLL in it ! I had it modified with Digimax recently. However, he encountered some power supply/alarm clock issues ... Clock still works but the volume on/off/auto for alarm is screwed and it's an oddball setup as he didn't have any to fix it. So a schematics on this big bad boy with power supply included would help tons !!!
