My station, irregardless of rig, has always bled over on the next-room TV. It's mainly proximity overload with the rooftop antenna being directly on top of the TV room.
Heh heh I've been dragging my feet for too long buying & trying a common Low Pass Filter to see if that might solve the problem. Stations & LPF's are funny creatures. Every setup is different. Stray RF flies around in funny ways and is only relatively predictable. I've used good name brand LPF's in the past and they didn't solve the problem I had at the time and with the particular setup at the time.
So I've been watching LPF's on ebay for months but think the good used ones have been selling too high and new ones were surely more than I wanted to pay. Last week I snagged what seemed to be a deal on a NOS unit and put 'er on. Got it for about $15 total. Well this one appears to be doing the job and has eliminated anything coming over the TV, even a hyper loud meter-pounding roger beep.
So if you've having any station-to-appliance bleedover, give a GOOD, (not elcheapo-directed-towards-CB'ers) LPF filter a try. It just might work on your current setup.
