Mag mount for 955hpc

Which would be better to use with a 955hpc?
Sirio Fighter 5000 PL with Mag 145 PL Mag Mount or a Wilson 1000 mag mount? I want to be able to use the radio in 3 different pickups putting the antenna on the roof in the center.

TTL length differs between the WILSON 5000 magnetic base load and the SIRIO 5000 on a PL-145.

The SIRIO has the edge given when one investigates reviews.

The extra height may be a contributing factor

FWIW, I bought the SIRIO package for my son (wanting him to have “the best”) when it came to using a mag-mount for his several cars.

He said he’ll wait to see how my permanent antenna mount goes before committing to that for his. In that event, the same SIRIO antenna can be used.

Look also to user reports about any possible problem-solving needed by either unit in long-term use.

I use the Sirio 5000 with the 145 mag mount and a Stryker 955. It plays very well.

I have Sirio 5k with the PL145...RX and TX are great!

I like the Sirio because there is a lever at the base to lay the antenna down when not in use.

Comes in handy when I bring the car in for an oil change.
