So today walking along the Milwaukee river around the old world district. I saw a man in a green dress with a blonde wig. Standing on a surf board paddiling down the river. Along with hisself on top of the board was a radio and a cooler and was paddling towards Summerfest. Someones gonna have a good night i guess. Wish I woulda remembered I had my phone in my pocket I woulda took a pic for yall.
