echolink
well i was trying to get echolink but i cant verify because for some reason my number is not registered in the fcc data base and i dont have a credit card so i cant have them check that way and i cant have them send me a post card because i don't have paypal or a credit card to have them take a dollar from and i dont have a scanner to scan my license in the computer and email it to them so for now i cant get echolink. well i have to go.

Dude, I don't understand. You number is in the ULS Database and as far as I know the EchoLink is free. You must be doing something wrong.
