Looks like a capacitive full wave loop with a uni-match feed. Should show a flat response from end to end.

Perhaps its a super dooper all bander delta loop that could be added to and transformed to a delta beam .......who knows???? Looks Very intrestin fer sure. Nice.

I see you've chosen to isolate it from dc and or rf ground so are you worried about static crashes or lightning strikes and what degree of toa do you expect?
