Here is a pic of my station. It's still a work in progress. I still have not gotten it just right yet. Trying to figure out how to arrange the cables neatly... I am waiting on my coax switch to come in before I secure the wires permanently. Will post pics of my antenna after I get it back up next week

No I am a regular Mud Duck CBer, but I have aspirations of becoming a Ham I am studying to take the tech's exam Hopefully next month. I am currently averaging in the 90sss on the QRZ practice exams

I am also studying to take the Tech. class exam. I am reading the Gordon West text book and taking the online exams on a number of sites, just to vary it up abit. I have yet to break the 90 mark. I constantly score between 85-89%. I have until Dec. 3rd. Once I pass I will go for the code seeing I'll have a whole year to do it and in the mean time I will study for the Gen. class. HOPEFULLY BY THIS TIME NEXT YEAR!

Yea thanks... I don't use them much though. The S9 does well on it's own. The only time I fire up the big boys is when I am trying to reach out and touch someone when conditions are rough and tough, and it's not prime time. I try to run a neighbor friendly station :roll:

getting in 90's regularly means you are for sure ready for the test

getting regularly 80's you are ready as well..
